Alexander aka DJ Astralex is not one to miss… 
Growing up in a house where tapes of great musicians were played continuously, covering all styles from Rock to Electronica to Techno, all genres from minimal and acid to goa and psychedelic, this boy had his ears and hands cut out for great mixing! 

Alex started Djing with psychedelic about six years ago, however born and raised in Salzburg, it wasn't a big enough platform anymore. In 2001 Alex made the big move to London. He started working in his Uncles shop AccessAllAreas where he quickly met a lot of people and started Networking for the cause of the Global Psychedelic Trance Comunity. Influenced by a lot of Artist and DJ’s like Dick Trevor, Dimitri, Tristan, Shane Gobi, Kristian, and many more. 

He Quickly became one of the favourites on the underground scene - thanks to an excellent and innovative selection and impeccable mixing techniques - he didn't stop there. After meeting Kat and Doron, a new concept was born - Symbiosis. Six major events followed, most of them with a following of over 1500 people. People who came to see some of the best acts on the scene, but also some of the newest ones. People who came to drown in the cosy atmosphere and the beautiful vibes… And surely, people who came to see Astralex rocking it with the best. 

Today Alex is back in Salzburg, although the London ties are far from cut and you'll still catch him playing there. The move back to the roots has given him a chance to focus on his new project 24/7 Media, which he founded together with his partner Jakob Scheinast and his brother Raphael. So far there have been 2 releases on 24/7 Media, the first V/A Compilation named like the label and compiled by Himself, and another V/A Compilation Compiled by his Friend DJ Horizon from Canada. 

Astralex Style is very individual due to his defiend ability to read the Crowds mood. Groovy Psy to deep night time Psychedelic.He has played With Artist Like Infected Mushroom, Skazi, CPU, Absolum, Wrecked Machines, Tristan, Cosmosis, Eskimo, and many many more….
