Who is, where is from, musical background:  
I'm Darko Andric from Kragujevac, town in central Serbia, 21 years. With 15 years started going on techno parties and fallen in love in electronic music. Year later visited psytrance party, and 2 years later started to produce music under the name "RIOT".

Why choose name Riot to your Project:
Name RIOT is a reflection to my music style, hardcore dancefloor music, full of surprises, with twisted crossovers and breaks, crazy rap samples, panic sirens, sometimes with guitar riffs and vocals. I'm trying to fuse various music genres like hip hop, rock, techno, electro, house, hard dance in one genre that will be recognizable with Riot project.

Other music style influences:
Highly influenced by Chemical Crew artists (Skazi, Void, Paranormal Attack), with difference that my music is more aggressive and more intense, filled up with hardstyle note, more breaks but danceable at the same time. Also influenced by Prodigy, Eskimo, Infected Mushroom, Scooter, and some other artists from various electonic music genres.

Party History:
I have played on dozen local indoor parties (twice 6 hour dj set in front of 1,500 people in Club Garage whose capacity is less than 800 people!!!), was for two months in 2005 a resident dj in one club in my town on Thursday nights, played on few nature parties in forests near my home town, and gained a lot of fans, from teenagers to older trance listeners, who like my new hardcore style and respect and support my work.

Live Act and DJ Set info:
Curently I am the only one in RIOT Live, later this year I will include guitarist and one more keybordist to make my live closer to concert perfomance. About DJ set, it's mostly constist of Chemical Crew tracks, and also some tracks from different music genres that will be a full blast and total surprise for party people.

Future releases, plans for the album:
In the beginning of 2008 I launched on Myspace promo mix of my 14 tracks (downloaded over 1000 times for one month only!), including few remixes I have done. Curently I am looking for label to promote my music world wide, hope that debut album will be released until the end of this year on some good respectable label.
